A very minor nit-pick is that the game UI is pretty ugly. Was expecting longer loading since they changed to UE4 and how Harada said UE4 has long loading for fighting games. But of course it might not be the case in very high level play with various characters so I am not too worried. While the characters do have unique movesets and stuff, the basic plays seems very similar for most of them from what I have watched. But I do feel at the moment there is a lot of same-y style of play for all the characters. It's like watching anime battle happening because how good the visuals look. Watching other players play is also quite fun. Of course the fancy combos and set ups are difficult to do but even without those you do feel certain level of satisfaction. The commands are very simple so there isn't really much barrier for execution for moves. Even when you don't really know what you are doing, just mashing stuff and seeing all those auto combos and flashy moves executing makes it feel great. The game is incredibly fun and satisfying to play in very low level. Easily the best looking fighting game I have ever played, and best anime look in a video game, even better than Naruto UNS games I played. Playing on base PS4 I can't believe how good the game looks. So I am writing this from the point of view of someone who is not really familiar with ArcSys gameplay. I have never been really used to how ArcSys games play. I have been playing fighting games for a long time but as a casual player, and played mostly King of Fighters and Street Fighter.
