One of the all-time great one-hit wonder seasons in any sport, though maybe it is unfair to classify him that way - after all, he did somehow manage to lead the 2008 Broncos in rushing yards as the starting fullback with a whopping 343. Here are the biggest one-year wonders in Fantasy football history: ![]() I surveyed the Fantasy Football Today team for their favorite one-year wonders as part of our Fantasy Football Yesterday week, and they came up with 12 names. Adrian Peterson's dominance was expected Hillis' was magical. Mention his name to any Fantasy player, and you're going to get at least a chuckle out of them who can even remember the rest of the top-five scorers at RB that season. We still talk about Hillis' incredible, out-of-nowhere 2010 season - the one that incredibly landed him on the cover of Madden.

4/9/2024 0 Comments Sonic visualiser filterShift+wheel = scroll vertically (in an unsatisfactory way, when log-scaled) The comments in the code suggest that the intended behaviour is really Oh, I've just realised that there is in fact a shortcut missing entirely (even in the context of SV's own way of thinking about things). This is not an intentional behaviour as such, it's just a side-effect of the fact that vertical scrolling doesn't change the visible range, and the visible range in these layers happens to be measured using the underlying frequency scale rather than the logarithmic pitch one.ĭoes this sound like the situation you're observing? In log-frequency spectrograms, that unit is Hz, and keeping the visible range in Hz constant while scrolling, when the vertical scale is set to logarithmic, means that the apparent range covered (in log-Hz or musical pitch) changes. The way vertical scrolling works in all layers is to move the centre point of the view but keep the visible range fixed within the unit of the data in the layer. I think you're describing the behaviour you have when viewing a layer with a log frequency scale, like the melodic-range spectrogram. For me it Scrolls _Horizontally_ that is Alt + Wheel does exactly the same thing as Ctrl + Wheel. ![]() The second issue is that Alt + Wheel is purported to Scroll Vertically. Sonic Vis is a great tool for this task though and I'm grateful to have it! I employed filtering on the clip to attenuate the drums in particular but the signal is very noisy so zooming and scrolling and staying oriented is a constant struggle. I'm picking out individual guitar notes in a clip that is recorded with bass and drums. So what I have to do instead is drag a marque around the area of interest then zoom way out and drag another marque each time I want to move in the vertical. For me that makes it difficult to stay oriented on the display. Maybe it just doesn't work like that and I have a bad analogue!Īnother way of saying that is that if in a Sonic Vizualizer spectrogram I set 440 Hz to 880 Hz to be 2 cm high on the display then scroll to move 440 Hz to the bottom of the display so I can see harmonics I would expect the distance on the display from 440 to 880 to still be 2 cm. So if one sets for example gain of 10dB per vertical division and then the displayed range to be 0 to -100dB, changing the range to -20 to -120 dB would not change the gain, still 10 dB per div in the vertical. How I thought it should work is similar to a spectrum analyzer (display of logarithmic amplitude versus frequency) where the input gain sets the amplitude per division (analogous to zoom) and the attenuation sets the range displayed (analogous to scroll). Sorry I should have specified looking at a spectrogram. Reply to this email directly, view it on GitHub, or unsubscribe. You are receiving this because you authored the thread. As well, as I mentioned I wasn't impressed with the X-P11 demo on initial release, but thanks to the continual improvements I'm sold enough on it to make it my 2nd GA flightsim. That you can restart and resume your last flight though, does soften the pain of that a bit. That said, I have my issues with the XP11 demo too namely that a 15 minute time limit is too brief. Whereas Laminar Research is continually updating the X-Plane 11 demo with the updates the main game gets, ensuring that when a player tries it they're experiencing a demo that's continually improving over time. That makes the FSX demo not a comparative experience to what a player will have with the much improved FSX:SE edition. And Dovetail never bothered to update it either. Microsoft created a demo for FSX back at release and washed their hands of it. I was merely comparing the approaches to managing the demo and not contrasting the quality of the two at all. 引用自 gspectre:Wow, you really just compared a 13 year old Demo with one that just came out, I think last year. Personally I'd just wait until FSX:SE goes on sale (believe there's a sale due within 60 days), because it often costs as little as $5 then. Originally it was about 6 GB and I wasn't that impressed with performance or visuals, now it's about 9 GB and wow has it ever improved. I downloaded the XP11 demo about 2 years ago around release and then just downloaded it again last month. That's something I'm glad to see Laminar Research is avoiding with the X-Plane 11 demo - it's recompiled with the same changes as the main sim whenever they're implemented. The problem with that FSX demo though, is that it represents a build of the game around release. ![]() Keep on the lookout for new Papa’s games getting released, we’re working on it as fast as we can 4.6.
